Items purchased in Pop-up stores or during a sale (e.g., Black Friday, Surprise Boxes, etc.) are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If the return meets the criteria listed below, POPunderwear will refund the order amount and any applicable taxes, minus the initial shipping costs,as online store credit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

· The item must be returned within 30 days of the day of receipt.

· The items have not been worn, washed and are in their original condition.

In the email, please tell us:
· Your name
· the item you wish to exchange/return.
· Your order number

After receiving approval from customer service, please send your item by mail, writing your name and the desired item inside your package.

The package must be shipped to us at your expense using the carrier of your choice to the following address:
