3. Monthly selection
Two days before the official launch of our new monthly collections, the subscription products will be updated. Go to your profile and select the set you want to receive. Don't worry, we'll send you an email to remind you.

What are the benefits of POP+ members?
Our members automatically receive 1 set from our new collection every month. In addition to being able to select their favorite set, our members benefit from a discount, free shipping and priority access to new collections and some exclusive collections.
How does the monthly selection work?
Every 1st of the month, the subscription products are updated and your selection from the previous month is deleted. You just have to log in to your profile to redo your selection among the new items. (Similar to GoodFood and Cookit)
When should I make my selection?
Your subscription products are updated on the first of the month, 5 days before the official launch of our new collection. You must make your selection within this 5-day period. By operating in this way, we can process member orders with priority and ensure VIP access to our inventory (which sells out very quickly).
What if I forget to make my selection within the allotted time?
If you are afraid of forgetting to make your selection, rest assured, we send a reminder email and make publications on our social media. In case you are not able to make your selection within the expected time, we analyze your previous orders in order to send you the set that best suits you (size + style).
When can I register?
The registration period is only open between the 1st and 5th of each month. If you wish to become a member, please note that you must register during the registration period.
Can I unsubscribe at any time?
Yes! Our members do not make any commitment on the duration of their subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly in your customer profile. Please note that an order already processed will be shipped and the cancellation will take effect the next month (if applicable).
